Mental illness is the common thread that starts the connection among members. But after spending some time together, members start to see themselves and each other as more than their illness. They are hikers, artists, video-game enthusiasts, movie-trivia experts, students, community members, and... they are friends. With Impact Young Adults, members get to be who they are... which is by far, more than a diagnosis.
